Call transcripts and outcomes belong to you. They are used only to operate your employees, support review, and improve the employees you have hired.

You control retention. You can export or delete call data at any time, subject to applicable law and our operational retention needs.

We follow industry-standard practices, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and regular reviews of our security controls.
